2009 Season - Practice Sessions - Saturday 03/21/09 at 10AM

Dear OCCC Players,

The 2009 season is less than 3 weeks away which gives us two weekends
to practice. I hope everyone has started to think about how we as a
team are going to win this season and how each of us is going to help
achieve that goal. I also hope people are hitting the gym or atleast
doing some kind of exercise to stay limber. We had a productive
practice session last weekend where we stretched as a team, did some
fielding/catching practice and stretched again after a good session of
nets. I hope we all understand the importance of stretching before the
game and show up to the games on time too.

We will have nets at Woodley on Sunday (03/22/09) at 10AM SHARP. We
will try and follow the same routine (based on the availability of the
nets) so please be there on time.

I also request everyone please reply with a yes/no whether they can
make it or not make it to practice so that we have an idea of how many
people we are going to end up with.
